Don is now serving Wood, Ris & Hames, P.C. in the position Of Counsel, after having been a Director and Senior Shareholder. He first started as an associate attorney with the firm in 1972. He is experienced in handling insurance defense cases, which gradually evolved into full time work with real estate matters and general business transactions. In the real estate area, Don has represented clients primarily with financing, sales/acquisitions and landlord/tenant relations. In the general business area, he deals with entity formations and taxation matters. His clients have ranged from individuals (both foreign and domestic) to Fortune 500 companies, including off-shore entities.
