Charles joined Wood, Ris & Hames in 1972 and is a senior shareholder in the firm. He is also the firmĚs Managing Partner. He has a general civil practice including the handling of matters involving professional liability, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, construction defect claims, property damage, personal injury, commercial litigation, premises liability, defamation, wrongful death, breach of contract, and construction. He also handles interpretation of insurance contracts, claims arising out of automobile, homeowners, general liability, life, health, disability and professional liability insurance policies and is experienced in handling a wide variety of environmental and toxic tort claims, including matters involving asbestos, carpet installation, toxic fumes and related matters.
